Lead Launchers (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates leadlaunchers.io. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this site, you agree to this policy.
Information you give us. When you submit a form, book a meeting, or use our Revenue Attribution Calculator, we may collect your first and last name, phone number, email address, company name, website, and any business figures you choose to enter (such as revenue and marketing spend). Booking a meeting through our embedded Google Calendar is also subject to Google’s own privacy policy.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers collect standard technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referring URLs. We also use browser storage (cookies, localStorage, and sessionStorage) to remember things like your calculator inputs and to measure advertising performance.
We use conversion measurement tools from advertising platforms — including the OpenAI (ChatGPT) Ads measurement pixel — to understand which of our ads lead to inquiries. These tools may use cookies or similar identifiers, and when you submit a form we may share event data with the advertising platform, including a hashed (unreadable) version of your email address used only for conversion matching. We may add similar measurement tools from other platforms (such as Google or Meta) over time. We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business — such as our website host (WordPress.com/Automattic, whose Jetpack service processes our form submissions), Google (calendar booking), and advertising measurement providers described above. These providers are bound by their own privacy commitments. We may also disclose information if required by law. We never sell your personal information to third parties. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data carry additional restrictions described under Text messages (SMS) & email below.
Two separate programs. We operate two text message programs, and each has its own consent checkbox on our forms. Our marketing program sends special offers, discounts, and service updates. Our non-marketing program sends messages about your audit request, appointment scheduling and confirmations, and account updates. You may opt in to one, both, or neither.
How we obtain consent. We send text messages only to phone numbers whose owner has affirmatively opted in by checking an unchecked box on one of our web forms, or by texting us first. Our consent boxes are never pre-checked and are never bundled with any other agreement. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of submitting a form, requesting an audit, booking a call, or purchasing anything from us.
We do not sell or share mobile information. No mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS consent records, will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS are used only to deliver the program you opted in to, and are disclosed only to the messaging providers and mobile carriers strictly required to transmit those messages on our behalf. Text message originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party for any other purpose.
Frequency, cost, help and opting out. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply; Lead Launchers does not charge you for text messages, though your mobile carrier may. Reply HELP to any message from us for assistance, or contact us at (484) 888-2455. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts from that program; you may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT, and we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our full messaging terms are set out in our Terms of Service.
Email. If you provide your email address, we may contact you about your inquiry, your account, and our services. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from marketing email does not stop transactional email about an active engagement.
We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal requirements, then delete it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, though no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of certain data uses. To make any request, email us at jakepousson1@leadlaunchers.io and we will respond promptly. You can also control cookies through your browser settings.
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision, and material changes will be posted on this page.
